Installation Instructions:

1. Site Preparation

  • Smooth, grade, and compact soil surface.
  • Remove stones, roots, and sharp objects.

2. Unfold and Position Liner

  • Carefully place liner over pond bed, ensuring correct alignment.

3. Joining Panels (if required)

  • Overlap adjacent sheets by 100-150 mm.
  • Hot wedge weld or extrusion weld for watertight sealing.

4. Anchoring Edges

  • Place liner edges into anchor trenches (~300 mm deep).
  • Backfill and compact trenches securely.

5. Installation Tips

  • Avoid dragging liners across abrasive surfaces.
  • Allow some slack (2-5%) in liner to accommodate water load expansion.
  • Use protective footwear to avoid damaging liners during installation.
