Installation Instructions:
1. Site Preparation
- Smooth, grade, and compact soil surface.
- Remove stones, roots, and sharp objects.
2. Unfold and Position Liner
- Carefully place liner over pond bed, ensuring correct alignment.
3. Joining Panels (if required)
- Overlap adjacent sheets by 100-150 mm.
- Hot wedge weld or extrusion weld for watertight sealing.
4. Anchoring Edges
- Place liner edges into anchor trenches (~300 mm deep).
- Backfill and compact trenches securely.
5. Installation Tips
- Avoid dragging liners across abrasive surfaces.
- Allow some slack (2-5%) in liner to accommodate water load expansion.
- Use protective footwear to avoid damaging liners during installation.
